Pacific Records indie-pop rock artist Monroe will release his EP “The Streetlight” on Friday, June 1st, 2018. The six-song EP will be Monroe’s first release since joining the San Diego-based label in February. “The Streetlight” will be preceded by the release of the single, “One More Night”, on May 25th.

Monroe is the alias of Matt Berman, a New York-based rock artist whose musical accomplishments span both on and off the stage. On stage, Monroe has played keys and saxophone with Brandon Flowers of The Killers on Flowers’ “Desired Effect” world tour, performing at festivals across the nation such as Life is Beautiful, Bumbershoot and Austin City Limits. Off stage, Monroe’s music has been praised by the Alternative Press, Popdust Magazine, Substream Magazine and more.

Monroe is the first new artist of 2018 for the San Diego record label and one of several east coast artists to sign with Pacific in recent years, signaling the growing success of Pacific Records. “The Streetlight” will be the first studio release from Pacific of 2018.
