The Wildflowers are a singer/songwriter pop-duo consisting of sisters Esther and Rebecca Guigui. The LA-based siblings were born into a music and showbiz family: their mother an actress and film producer, their father a movie director and music producer, and their grandfather a renowned orchestra conductor. The sisters combine Esther’s soulful vocals and Rebecca’s multi-instrumental versatility to create a 60’s-inspired yet contemporary sound reminiscent of the Great American Songbook.
Growing up on movie sets and backstage at concerts, Esther quickly developed acting and singing chops, inspiring her passion and dedication to the arts. At just 15 years old, she has been featured in various movies and TV shows and has performed with iconic artists such as Christina Aguilera, Billy Gibbons (ZZ Top), Salt N Pepa, Heart, Warren Haynes, Richie Sambora, Sam Moore, Lyle Lovett, BeBe Winans, among many others. A highlight for Esther was the privilege of performing for the 5 living U.S. Presidents at the “One America” Concert Event. Esther is also a co-star in “House Of Rock”, a modern day Partridge Family, coming in 2021.
13-year old Rebecca began drumming at just five years old. Being bullied in elementary school, she turned to music and, in her own words, realized “Music is my best friend”. This musical passion quickly blossomed into what would become an impressive repertoire of instruments, including guitar, piano, and ukelele. Rebecca finished 4th in the world in the HIT LIKE A GIRL international drumming contest. She has since shared the stage with Sheila E, Billy Gibbons, Emily Estefan, Richie Sambora, and is a co-star on “Show Biz Kidz” and “House Of Rock”.
