Billboard Announces Pacific Records & Bing Productions Strategic Partnership to Develop and Support Music Projects

Collaboration launches with releases from O-Town and Sandollar, bringing together music-industry expertise and creative, business, and production resources as covered by Billboard Business here.

SAN DIEGO, Calif. —November 5th, 2026: Pacific Records and Bing Productions, the production subsidiary of AnJak Communications, have announced a strategic partnership focused on developing and supporting select artists and music projects. The collaboration is already underway with the launch of O-Town’s latest single, “Certified Delulu,” and San Diego beach rock band Sandollar’s new album, Sunny Day.

The partnership brings together Pacific Records’ experience in artist development, recording, marketing, publishing, and distribution with the business, financial, creative, and production experience of Bing Productions co-founders Michael Marchi and Silva Mirzoian-Marchi. Together, the companies will collaborate on the development, production, executive production, and marketing of selected projects, with an emphasis on building lasting opportunities for artists.

“Great music starts with talented artists, but bringing it to a wider audience takes a team that believes in the work and can help move it forward,” said Brian Witkin, founder and CEO of Pacific Records. “Michael and Silva bring valuable experience, creative instincts, and a shared commitment to supporting artists over the long term. We’re excited to build on the work we’ve already begun with O-Town and Sandollar.”

The partnership’s initial projects reflect its broad musical scope. O-Town’s “Certified Delulu” marks a new chapter for the pop group as it celebrates 25 years, while Sandollar’s Sunny Day captures the band’s Southern California sound, blending reggae, surf rock, and hip-hop.

Released July 17, Sunny Day was recorded at Foo Fighters’ Studio 606 in Los Angeles and produced by Brian Witkin and Donna Daly. Michael Marchi served as an executive producer alongside Ted Pawela of The Music Company. The 13-track album includes “Up Up” featuring Dizzy Wright, while its title-track video features KBong of Stick Figure.

Silva and I are excited to work with Brian and the Pacific Records team to help talented artists bring compelling projects to life,” said Michael Marchi, co-founder of Bing Productions. “Our goal is to provide the creative and business support each project needs, from its earliest development through release and beyond. O-Town and Sandollar are an exciting beginning, and we look forward to what we can build together,” said Silva Mirzoian-Marchi.

Marchi brings decades of business, financial, investment, and entrepreneurial experience, along with an executive producer’s perspective on guiding projects from concept through completion. Mirzoian-Marchi is a businesswoman, producer, author, and creator whose work includes original characters and related intellectual property. Their entertainment projects include the award-winning short film Roxy and the Man.

The companies will continue to identify artists and projects that align with their shared commitment to strong creative work and long-term development.
